Goals for the week of Jan 22-Jan 28
In order of how I will ignore them. Just kidding. Most likely.
1) Eat a salad a day with a light dressing on the side, if at all.
2) Eat a container of yogurt a day.
3) Do some sort of walking or exercise each day, for at least 20 mins. I think I can manage 20 mins. I pray I can.
4) Blow up a pic of me in my club gear and put it on the mirror in the bathroom.
5) Drink 8 glasses of water a day. Chart it on the kitchen calendar.
6) Take pic each Sunday morning of the scale with me on it--to keep me honest about how much I weigh.
7) No going out to eat at all this week! Or ordering in.
It's pretty pathetic that I have to make a list of these things because they are so foreign to me. But after a week on the cruise (where I was good 75% of the time, food-wise) and a week of BB being sick, it's time to get back on track to healthily getting down to 135 lbs by December 31, 2006. That's about 120 lbs in a little over 11 months. I'll find out the exact total tomorrow morning.
