I took Bubba to the ballet recital of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs at her gymnastics facility tonight to see how she likes ballet and if she wants to start classes. She was so pleased to be there. She and I whispered about the costumes and when we were going to see them start after intermission. She said she liked it and wants to do ballet. I'll get her a free trial class there and also check the YMCA for ballet classes, in addition to her gymnastics.

The highlights of the night were two stand-out one-syllable words Bubba issued loudly. She enjoyed clapping like a madwoman at the end of each scene and trying to whistle loudly between her fingers, then yelled out, "Yea!! Yea!!! Yea!! Yea!!" each time. Kids were turning and looking at this young ballet enthusiast wildly screaming out her joy.

The other was one shared by all the young members of the cast and audience. Every child under the age of 12, including my daughter at full volume, and the two dozen dancers on the stage trying hard not to make a spectacle but could not help themselves, had this word ooze out of their mouths like a poopy diaper had just exploded all over a new white couch, only it was when the prince leaned over to kiss Snow White:

"EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!"
