My wish list
Here's a quick rundown of my wish list for this year.
I want to stop obsessing about what the scale says and just work out for health. I want to see my friends in July and have their jaws drop. I want to wear my old college jeans by the end of the year. I want to have buns of steel, and have men watch me walk away. Without averting their eyes. I want to get financially straight, where I know where I am every day. I want to have to buy belts to keep my pants from falling down as I remove weight. I want to run into a neighbor who didn't recognize me thin. I want to get those looks from women, the ones where they are checking you out because they are envious of something, and smile at them and be nice, instead of snobby like the ones I look at now. I want to wear a swimsuit into the pool without shorts covering them up. I want to buy my undies and bras at Victoria's Secret again, not Just My Size. I want to do a handstand for thirty seconds. I want to know that we can take the holidays off and not be behind in bills or business. I want to be in the photo this year for Christmas, and not have to hide behind the kids to avoid a roll being seen. I want to have to resize all my rings. I want to be proud of what I accomplished, and be working to maintain. Not too much to ask for, right?
