That's not what we're looking for in a house
I am a Realtor, and I like to see what's going on with my neighborhood on MLS. I saw a description just now that had me dying laughing before I emailed the agent (Mr. #1 Worldwide for 3 years!) to correct it for my friends who listed their house with him. I'm thinking some people would find this a turn-off, and others would want to see the house just for this feature:
