From now to November
I am going to put this pic on my background and every month, try it on and see how much better it fits. It's one size fits all because of the elastic, but I wouldn't walk around the Renaissance Festival in it looking how I do in it now. Bubba has a similar pink one, and I am looking forward to wearing ours together and looking nice in November. I just got done showering after Thighs of Steel, or more appropriately, 55 minutes of thigh-burning, armpit smelling, about to throw up, heartburn acting up, lightheaded exercise hell.
Since I was embarrassed as anything to put my big booty pics on here before, I think a covered up version of how I look would be better. Weight this morning after eating, drinking a couple Diet Dr. Peppers, a bunch of water, and exercising: 255.
I did good last night by cooking chicken with no skin and as little fat on it as I could cut off, a salad with extra Romaine lettuce, red onions, carrots, red cabbage and flaxseed oil mixed with Fat Free Italian, and a glass of skim milk. I did bad by having Jack in the Box earlier, a Southwest Chicken Pita and some fries and Sprite, and by eating dumplings when I got awoken after three hours of sleep by Handsome. I am (this) close to asking for a refund for him because of his crappy sleeping habits. I opted to stay awake and catch up on a little tv and web surfing, then worked out. I planned on doing more, but happy I got my 55 minutes in, especially because after minute 20, I was extremely tired and wanted to throw up. I know that's when I started burning fat, so I am pleased. I am going to be walking around a lot today, because my mom and the kids and I are going to the Rodeo. The tickets are for Maroon 5 but there's no way we can stay that late with the kids, so we'll leave after the roping and riding. Yee-haw!
