A hole lotta questions?
My wonderful friend CK is building a house and she just sent a happy message that said: "We have a hole! With guys working in it! And boards!!!!" She immediately added a footnote to her excitement, "I mean for the new house, ya sicko!"
I am happy for her, and had just a few questions for her to get a better understanding:
Is it a big hole?
Do they need to wear protective clothing in your hole?
Are they required to wear face masks while working in your hole?
Is there shoring on the sides of your hole to keep it from caving in?
Does your hole require a work permit?
Where is said work permit in your hole?
Do they need a crane to get the men out of your hole?
How many men can fit in your hole?
How big is the wood the men have in your hole?
What do you do when your hole fills with water?
Does someone or something suck it out of your hole?
Is it smelly in your hole?
Do people's feet get stuck in your hole?
Is your hole a sinkhole?
Is your hole connected to a cesspool?
How far from your hole is your cesspool?
How long do they anticipate your hole to be open to the public?
Can anyone watch the men in your hole?
Is your hole roped off from tv cameras?
Can you park your car in your hole?
How far away is your hole from the nearest other hole?
Will they fill your hole with concrete?
Will they smooth out the sides of your hole?
What happens if air gets trapped in your hole?
Do you have to have a guide to lead you in your hole?
Are there maps to help you navigate your hole?
Can you hear an echo in your hole?
