Mower and I get frustrated with Bubba's carseat. The previous carseats in the truck held the shoulder strap in place, so it would not retract and have to be adjusted every single time. This one, which Mower wanted because it was $10 less per carseat than ones they replaced, makes us have to adjust the strap almost every time, which sucks in the rain we have been having.

Mower was wrangling the strap tonight when we discussed getting a clip to hold the strap in place. I offered to put them into my father's car, instead of the two we purchased when he got his Beemer, which are exactly the model we started with and holds the strap in place. Mower acted as if I had the most brilliant idea ever, but then shook his head. "But your dad liked that they match the interior." "But how often are they really in there since he's had it?" I countered. Mower replied, "They haven't been in there since the last time."
